Peracto offers an outstanding career development program for graduates of Agricultural Science or related disciplines. The program provides on-the-job work experience and learning opportunities, combined with formal training, mentoring, and ongoing development.
The Graduate Development Program is delivered over a 12 month period and is aimed at equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge that will prepare them for a career in field-based agricultural research. You will be given the opportunity to work beside experienced scientists and managers and attend both on and off the job training based at one of several locations throughout Australasia. If you have great communication, problem solving and research skills, our graduate program could provide the perfect career opportunity.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may continue in their permanent position at their current location, or they may have an opportunity to transfer to another Peracto site. International exchange programs with the northern hemisphere may also be available.
Your opportunity to further develop your skills and expertise does not end here. Peracto will continue to provide opportunities for you to acquire further skills and knowledge for current and future roles. To be eligible for the program you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or be a permanent resident of Australia. You are invited to apply between 1 September and 31 October annually and the program commences the following February.
